Please note that payment (in GBP) is due either in advance or at time of medical, regardless of whether or not a certificate is issued, by either cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card or online payment link. A receipt will be provided.
UK CAA basic class one medical revalidation/renewal £200
with ECG & reading fee, adds £90 [£290]

with blood lipids (1st medical after age 40 only), adds £30 [£230]
with ECG, reading fee & audiogram, adds £150 [£350]

US FAA basic 1st/2nd/3rd class medical £240
with ECG (1st class age 35 or over 40 only), adds £80 [£320]
US FAA medical as an add-on to a UK CAA medical (both medicals conducted at same appointment), adds £120 to the relevant UK medical fee (50% discount on normal FAA)
Other medicals/casework/consultations £180 per hour (30 mins/£90 minimum) - please contact for quotation
