An AME with over 21 years industry experience, I previously worked for four years in the UK CAA Aeromedical Centre at Gatwick conducting initial class one medicals; as a CAA Medical Assessor; have flown commercially as a short haul airline pilot for eight years; and been a Medical Advisor and Occupational Physician to two major UK long haul airlines, since 2015. I am a member of the Air Transport Medicine Committee of the Aerospace Medical Association, Member of the Executive Council of the International Airline Medical Association and Committee Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Aerospace Medicine Specialist Group.
