An AME with 24 years industry experience, I have previously worked  in the UK CAA Aeromedical Centre at Gatwick conducting initial class one medicals; as a CAA Medical Assessor; have flown commercially as a short haul airline pilot; and been a Medical Advisor and Occupational Health Physician to two major UK airlines for the last 11 years. 

I am a member of the Air Transport Medicine Committee, and Fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association, Vice-President of the International Airline Medical Association, Member of the International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine, and Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
